Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving design proofs before production. Once approved, changes may incur additional charges.
4. Production and Delivery
Production times are estimates and may vary. We are not liable for delays caused by factors beyond our control.
5. Returns and Refunds
Due to the customized nature of our products, returns are only accepted for defective or incorrect items. Please see our Returns Policy for details.
6. Intellectual Property
Customers must have the right to use any logos, designs, or content they provide for customization. We are not liable for copyright infringement.
7. Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the value of the order. We are not liable for consequential or incidental damages.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
